Summary[]
Zeel is the descendant of Baby[1][2] and the true last survivor of the Tuffle race who is rebuilt genetically modified Tuffle by his creation, Lord Nutti and Saber as a Cyborg Neo Machine Mutant Tuffle to exterminate the Saiyans and the plan is to dominate Planet Earth and the Universe. He is the main antagonist of the Zeel Saga in PGV's Dragon Ball AF.

Before the war between Saiyans and Tuffles began, King Tuffle Zeel entered King Vegeta's palace to try to convince him not to exterminate his race, but King Vegeta ignored his words and killed him and cruelly kills him with a blast of Ki, thus starting the war that would last about 10 years.
Baby wanted to destroy the Saiyan and to conquer the universe. The reason for much resentment towards the Saiyan consisted in the fact that in a remote past the King Vegeta decided to colonize the Planet Plant, to exterminate all the Tuffle's race and to rename it in Planet Vegeta. Before dying at the hands of the Saiyan the King Tuffle ordered to one of his best scientists to create the Dr. Myū and to program it in such a way to acquire acquaintances to allow him to clone the king and to render him so strong to be able to destroy all the Saiyans. This being, created from the Dr. Myū was Baby, yearning to complete his revenge. Thanks to Son Gokū, Baby has been definitively eliminated many years later.

- Zeel is not the Kaarat the Divine Demon, why Zeel is a descendant of Baby and also Neo Machine Mutant Tuffle that was created by Saber and Lord Nutti, Zeel was drawn by Prince Gas Vegeta (PGV) in 2006. Kaarat came up with the rumor on the forum website that was created by the fan in 2004. Well the response of the Prince Gas Vegeta (PGV) it's exactly what I expected, he does not know much about the Kaarat.
